Is Superbuy down right now?
As of our last check on 30 September 2026, Superbuy was operating normally: the site, fee pages and Help Center load, and it shows no shutdown or maintenance notice. If Superbuy isn't working for you, it's more often a local problem than an outage. Work through this list:
- Try the other front endIf the website fails, try the app, or the other way round.
- Change networkSwitch between Wi-Fi and mobile data; some networks and VPNs are blocked or slow to Chinese servers.
- Check official channelsSuperbuy links an official Discord from its site; outages and holiday notices usually appear there quickly.
- Check what others seeSort r/superbuy by New. Several fresh "is it down?" posts at once means a real outage.
- Mind the holidaysChinese public holidays pause purchasing and warehouse work; Superbuy posts a holiday notice beforehand.
Superbuy working hours: does it work on weekends?
Superbuy's site footer lists its service hotline hours as 09:00–18:00 Beijing time, marked "9/7", which reads as nine hours a day, seven days a week. The website and app take orders around the clock; what the hours affect is human replies and purchasing. Remember the time difference: 09:00–18:00 in Beijing is 02:00–11:00 in London and 21:00–06:00 in New York during summer time (an hour earlier in winter), so a message sent in the European afternoon typically gets answered the next Beijing morning.
How to read this status board
| Status | Meaning | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Operating | Site works, orders and shipping reported normally | Fine to use; still start with a small order |
| Unclear | Conflicting signals: rumours, stuck orders, trackers disagreeing | Don't top up; pay per order only, and ship out anything in storage |
| Closed / offline | Shut down, raided or offline | Don't send money; convert links to another agent |
The search-volume column is useful context, not a quality score. It shows where an agent's customers are: KakoBuy's searches are overwhelmingly Polish, CSSBuy's Brazilian, Superbuy's and Sugargoo's largest single market is the US. High search volume for a closed agent, like Pandabuy or CNFans, mostly comes from people looking for what happened and where to go next.
What to do if your agent shuts down
Stop topping up immediately, request shipment of anything in storage, and ask support about withdrawing any balance. Keep screenshots of orders, balance and messages. Then move your links: the link converter extracts the original Taobao, Weidian or 1688 link from most agent links, so you can paste it into Superbuy or another operating agent. Our Superbuy alternatives page covers the switch step by step.
Agent status FAQ
Is Superbuy down?
Superbuy was operating normally at our last check on 30 September 2026: the site, fee pages and Help Center loaded with no shutdown notice. If it won't load for you, try the app instead of the website, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, then look at Superbuy's official Discord and r/superbuy sorted by New. One person stuck usually means a network problem, not an outage.
What are Superbuy's working hours?
Superbuy's footer lists service hours of 09:00–18:00 Beijing time, marked 9/7, meaning seven days a week. The site and app accept orders around the clock; the hours only govern human replies and purchasing. That's 02:00–11:00 in London in summer, so a European afternoon message is usually answered the next Beijing morning. Expect pauses on Chinese public holidays.
Which shopping agents have shut down?
Four of the 32 agents on our board were closed or offline in September 2026: Pandabuy, raided in April 2024; WeGoBuy, offline since early 2025; AllChinaBuy, showing only a hacking notice; and CNFans, reported closed in August 2026. JoyaBuy was renamed JoyaGoo. Don't send money to any closed agent; move your links to an operating one instead.
How often is this status board updated?
The statuses shown were checked between 28 and 30 September 2026, and every agent on the board has now been reviewed. An agent can change status within days, as KakoBuy's brief outage in August 2026 showed. Before you pay for an order, confirm the agent's own site works and check recent community posts, rather than relying only on our board.
Which agents have an unclear status?
Four at our last check: ACBuy, whose site loads but is listed as dead by a tracker; MuleBuy, with an unconfirmed raid report and stuck orders; PinguBuy, with no new Trustpilot reviews since April; and LoongBuy, where a May 2026 review reported stopped shipments. Unclear means conflicting signals, not closure. Ship out anything stored there and send no fresh money until the picture clears.
What should I do if my agent shuts down?
Stop sending it money at once, request shipment of anything in storage, and ask support in writing about withdrawing a balance. Screenshot orders, balance and messages. Then use the link converter to pull the original Taobao, Weidian or 1688 link from each old agent link, and paste it into Superbuy, which charges CN¥0 on Taobao. Start with one small order.
