Mulebuy's status is unclear. In August 2026, multiple community sources (Trustpilot reviews, TikTok videos and a widely shared photo of a taped-off office entrance) reported that its warehouse had been raided or sealed, with orders stopped and items stuck. As of our last check, that hasn't been officially confirmed, the website still loads, and Mulebuy hasn't publicly addressed the reports; its official subreddit was reported private. Search interest shows the worry: "is Mulebuy" queries rose from August.

A loading website doesn't prove an agent is working. CNFans' site may still load, for example, even though CNFans closed in August 2026. Context also explains why these reports were taken seriously: in June 2026 a trademark-industry publication reportedly described Mulebuy as the leading agent to emerge after the Pandabuy enforcement action.

Verdict: treat Mulebuy as high-risk until there's official clarity. Don't top up, and don't start new orders there.
