What can you verify about EastMallBuy?
Not much, which is the main point. The eastmallbuy.com domain was registered in October 2023 through Alibaba Cloud. Its Trustpilot profile has only about eight reviews. Its iOS app is published under an individual developer's name rather than a company, with around ten ratings. One automated scam-checker gives the domain a low trust score based on few reviews. None of that proves a problem, but it means very little independent history. Its site says it buys from Taobao, Tmall, JD, 1688, Weidian and Xianyu, with free QC photos and consolidation.

Is PayPal a reason to choose EastMallBuy?
A reviewer praised EastMallBuy as the only agent accepting PayPal. That isn't quite true (other agents mention PayPal too), but it is true that Superbuy removed PayPal in October 2024. If PayPal's buyer protection is important to you, weigh it against the much thinner track record. A credit card with chargeback rights gives similar protection at Superbuy.
EastMallBuy referral codes
Creators promote EastMallBuy with sign-up codes promising coupon bundles and shipping discounts. Like every agent's referral code, it links your account to the promoter; the value depends on the coupons' conditions. Don't let a big headline bonus substitute for evidence that the agent is reliable.
A safe first order at a small agent
Small agents can be perfectly good, but they give you less evidence to judge them by. Keep the first order to one or two inexpensive items, pay only for that order, with a card that has dispute rights, check the QC photos the day they arrive, and ship promptly on a tracked line. Once a parcel arrives as described, you have your own evidence, which beats any review count.
How to move from EastMallBuy to Superbuy (or use both)
- Finish what's in EastMallBuy's warehouseItems already stored there must ship from EastMallBuy. Don't split a haul across agents mid-order.
- Convert your linksPaste EastMallBuy links into our link converter; if they contain the original Taobao, Weidian or 1688 item, you get the clean link to paste into Superbuy.
- Price the same parcel on bothSame weight, same address, in each agent's shipping calculator. Compare the total, not the fee line.
- Run one small orderCheck QC photos, packing and delivery before moving a big haul.
EastMallBuy vs Superbuy FAQ
Is EastMallBuy legit?
EastMallBuy is operating, but there's little to judge it on. Its domain was registered in October 2023 through Alibaba Cloud, its Trustpilot profile has about eight reviews, and one automated scam-checker gives it a low trust score. None of that proves a problem. Superbuy, by contrast, has run since 2012. If you try EastMallBuy, pay for one or two cheap items only.
Does EastMallBuy accept PayPal?
Reviewers say it does, and one called it the only agent taking PayPal, which isn't accurate. Confirm the option at checkout before relying on it. Superbuy removed PayPal in October 2024, but a credit card with chargeback rights gives similar protection there. Don't pick EastMallBuy for PayPal alone; about eight Trustpilot reviews is a thin record to set against that convenience.
Is EastMallBuy better than Superbuy?
Not on current evidence. EastMallBuy's domain dates from October 2023 and its iOS app is published under an individual developer's name, while Superbuy has operated since 2012, publishes a CN¥0 Taobao fee and has 1,000+ Trustpilot reviews. EastMallBuy may still turn out fine. Run one small test order and price the same parcel on both before moving anything bigger.
Does EastMallBuy buy from Xianyu?
Its site lists Xianyu alongside Taobao, Tmall, JD, 1688 and Weidian, but we couldn't verify the fee it charges for second-hand orders. Superbuy buys Xianyu items for a published CN¥20 per item, plus shipping as usual. Private sellers rarely accept returns at any agent, so study the listing photos first. For Xianyu, Superbuy's fixed fee makes the cost easier to predict.
Is eastmallbuy.ru the same site?
No, it's a separate domain. The EastMallBuy we reviewed runs on eastmallbuy.com, registered in October 2023. Lookalike addresses are common among shopping agents, and logging in on the wrong one can expose your password and payment details. Type the address yourself or use a bookmark rather than clicking ads or DMs. If you can't tell which site is the real one, don't enter card details.
Where can I read EastMallBuy reviews?
Trustpilot has only around eight EastMallBuy reviews, and its iOS app has roughly ten ratings, so there's little independent history to read. Reddit discussion is scarce as well. Superbuy, for comparison, has 1,000+ Trustpilot reviews. With so few data points, your own small first order of one or two inexpensive items will tell you more than any review page can.
Can I move EastMallBuy links to Superbuy?
Yes, if the link contains the original Taobao, Weidian or 1688 item. Paste it into our link converter to get a clean link, then paste that into Superbuy, where Taobao, Tmall, JD and 1688 orders carry a CN¥0 fee. Ship anything already in EastMallBuy's warehouse from there first, because stored items can't switch agents mid-order.
What does EastMallBuy on Reddit look like?
There's very little, which fits an agent whose domain only dates from October 2023. Most EastMallBuy promotion comes from TikTok creators posting referral codes rather than independent buyer threads. Promoted content isn't the same as user evidence, so give it less weight. Until real discussion builds up, treat EastMallBuy as unproven and limit yourself to a small test order.
How do I use an EastMallBuy referral code?
Enter the code when you register on EastMallBuy's own site. It ties your account to the creator who shared it and may unlock coupon bundles or shipping discounts, each with conditions attached. Read those conditions before counting on the headline value. A big sign-up bonus says nothing about reliability, so still start with one or two cheap items and a card that has dispute rights.
Is "East Mall Buy" the same agent?
Yes, 'East Mall Buy' is the same name written with spaces. The agent we reviewed operates at eastmallbuy.com, a domain registered in October 2023. Variant spellings make it easier for lookalike sites to catch searchers; eastmallbuy.ru, for example, is a separate domain. Check the address bar before logging in, and bookmark the correct site once you've confirmed it.
How long does EastMallBuy take to ship?
One reviewer reports delivery in 10–15 days, but a single report isn't a benchmark. As at any agent, the time depends on the shipping line and your country, plus the days items take to reach the warehouse from the seller. Compare the estimated windows each calculator shows for your address, and choose a tracked line for a first EastMallBuy parcel.
