TaobaoSuperbuy.com is independent and is not affiliated with, operated by or endorsed by Superbuy, Taobao or Alibaba. We cannot access, change or refund Superbuy orders.

Separately from the guides, we offer a buying and dropshipping service through WhatsApp: you send us an item and a delivery address, and we buy the item in China and post it to you or to your customer. That service is provided by us, not by Superbuy, and Superbuy's terms do not cover it. The price, shipping, expected timing and what happens if an item is wrong, damaged or lost are agreed with you in the WhatsApp chat before you pay, and you pay for each order as you place it. We will never ask for your Superbuy password, verification codes or card details.
